Terms of membership plans

Accuracy of data
Users can purchase membership plans with pilot18.com, which enables them to access restricted content for the time specified. We do not guarantee accuracy of any material contained, though we take all possible measures to ensure the content is accurate and up to date.

Multiple Access
Purchasing memberships allows a limited fair usage right to the user. A single user membership is meant for a single user to use the facilities in a single computer/mobile phone/tablet pc. IP address of the devices will be recorded and accounts of users who use the facility from 2 or more  different devices will be blocked temporarily. Warning messages may/maynot be issued for the same. This is done to prevent un-authorised multiple access of our resources. If multiple access continues, account will be terminated and no refunds will be issued.

Account validity & automatic status change
Our exam packages are intended to be used by a single user. Exams have validity of 12-24 months. However, once a user has passed an exam he has applied for, he will be blocked from accessing the preparation material again. This is done automatically to prevent un-authorised access of study materials.

Downloads & Sharing documents
Downloading of guides and documents which may be made available for the members have a download counter. Downloads of such files will be allowed only once and digital signatures are embedded in them and sharing them with others in any manner is prohibited and is a copyright infringement, punishable under law.

Multi-user accounts
Institutions and academies can opt for multiple access accounts at nominal charges. Fill-out the contact form for detailed quotes. Such accounts will have a monitored multiple access facility for the prescribed time limit.

Use of student results for advertising

Pilot18 reserves the right to use results/testimonials of students/subscribers in a fair use manner, for advertising purposes, without revealing their identity; though first names/computer generated codes may be used. Results may be in the form of SMS / email screenshots of results from exam authority like DGCA or testimonials directly from the students, shared to us electronically through messenger services, emails or other communication methods. This applies to students /subscribers/users of all sorts and packages of theory coaching programs held by Pilot18, online and offline.

 

Money-back guarantee

We offer money-back guarantee for our selected paid exam packages. Students must invest their sincere effort in learning and attending trial exams before applying for a refund. The refund will be issued only if

• Student has passed our full trial exams & topic-wise exams with more than 90% marks for more than 5 times; And
• Time gap between passing the full version trial exam of a subject and the real exam is less than 7 days; And
• Refunds will be issued any time after 4 months from the date of purchase and the student must attend at-least 1 attempt in real exam and failed in it.

Payments & Activation

Payments made to Pilot18.com goes through a 2 step process. Payments in Indian Rupees is converted to US Dollars of the next whole number and processed as such.  Your account with us will be activated once the payment is received successfully. If you are not able to login or access the content which you paid for, let us know through contact form, email or  phone so that we can assist you at the earliest. Unsuccessful or partial payments will be returned to your account according to the bank policy. Renewable memberships will be auto-renewed or manually renewed through links sent to you. Auto-renewals can be cancelled anytime you wish through a few clicks.

Affiliate program

Affiliate program is for those who wish to be a partner with us in building student-base. To become an affiliate, you should register yourselves as a member and apply for the affiliate membership. Once approved, you will be provided with banners, coupon codes, discount coupons, links and link suffixes for affiliate tracking. For each student who purchase membership with us, you will be awarded a flat 15% of payment made by student, as commission. Payouts will be given as bank transfers, purchase coupons or Paytm/Payza/Paypal transfers; once the amount reaches 1000 Rs(Indian affiliates)/$ 100 USD (For non-Indian affiliates). For refunds, 5% of commission will be deducted from your balance so that you will be paid 10% of amount paid by a refunded account holder. Bank transaction charges should be deducted from the amount transferred.
