A reliable General Aviation (GA) Headset is essential for safe and comfortable flight training. To reduce the upfront cost for student pilots, we offer warranty-covered aviation headsets on long-term rental.
Each student will receive a new or well-maintained used headset, professionally checked before issue. Every headset is supplied with brand-new gel ear seals and a new microphone sponge, ensuring hygiene, comfort, and clear communication.
This rental plan is ideal for students undergoing 1 year or more of flying training, without the need to immediately purchase a new headset.
Rental Charges & Deposit

Refundable Initial Deposit: ₹15,000

Rental Fee: ₹5,000 per year (or part thereof)
Refund Policy (After 1 Year)
On return of the headset after one year:

Refund will be processed after inspection

The following will be deducted from the deposit:

Courier / shipping charges (actuals)

Balance amount will be refunded to the student
Return & Damage Policy

Headsets must be returned in good working condition

Broken or non-working headsets will still be accepted

Repair or replacement costs (if required) will be deducted from the deposit

Excessive physical damage or missing parts may attract additional deductions
Option to Keep the headset
If the student chooses to retain the headset after 1year:

The device can be kept permanently

Advance amount will NOT be refunded

Ownership transfers to the student

TERMS & CONDITIONS – GENERAL AVIATION HEADSET RENTAL
These Terms & Conditions apply only to the rental of General Aviation Headsets provided by the Company to the student/customer (“Renter”).
By accepting the headset, the Renter agrees to the following:
1. Rental Duration

The headset is rented for a period of one (1) year from the date of issue.

Any usage for part of the year will be treated as a full-year rental.
2. Deposit & Rental Charges

Refundable Deposit: ₹15,000
-
Rental Fee: ₹5,000 per year or part thereof

Rental fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
3. Ownership
-
The headset remains the exclusive property of the Company at all times.
-
Rental does not grant ownership, resale, or transfer rights.
4. Condition at Issue
-
The Renter will receive a new or professionally maintained used headset.
-
Each headset is supplied with:

Brand-new gel ear seals
-
New microphone sponge
-
-
Headset will be fully functional and tested before issue.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
-
Warranty coverage is NOT applicable during the rental period.

Any damage, malfunction, or failure occurring during rental usage will be treated as the Renter’s responsibility, irrespective of manufacturer warranty status.
6. Usage Responsibility

The Renter agrees to:

Handle the headset with due care
-
Use it only for aviation training
-
Not open, modify, tamper, or attempt self-repair
-

Loss, theft, misuse, or negligence will be solely borne by the Renter.
7. Return & Refund Policy

The headset must be returned after 1 year.
-
Refund will be processed only after inspection.
-
The following will be deducted from the deposit:

₹5,000 rental fee

Cost of one new pair of gel ear seals

Courier / shipping charges (actuals)
-
8. Damage, Repair & Deductions
-
Headsets returned in good working condition will receive balance refund.
-
Broken or non-working headsets will still be accepted, subject to:

Deduction of actual repair or replacement costs
-

Excessive damage or missing parts may result in partial or zero refund.
9. Courier & Handling
-
All courier charges (to and from) are borne by the Renter.

Proper packing during return is mandatory.
-
The Company is not responsible for transit damage.
10. Inspection & Final Decision

Inspection results determined by the Company shall be final and binding.
-
Refund processing time: 3–7 working days after inspection.
